Well that's why no one should take the redpill too seriously. It's too extreme and unnuanced.
You can take the general surface level advice (being the masculine ideal makes you more attractive, be a bit cynical etc.) But I can't imagine actually consulting it seriously

I do not label myself red pill, or anything else because all schools of thought will have some ideas rhetoric, or processes I don't agree with, so a title or flag repping doesn't fit me (other than #GMB

Red pill has benefitted me by allowing me to understand female nature without finding myself ensnared in unfavorable situations due to some unchecked forms of it, or societal duplicities allowing it to run unchecked on me.
No babies forcing me to live for someone else before finding myself, especially with a no good woman that I couldn't truly see for her true self as a naive early 20s man, no busted car windows and house windows and keyed vehicles from not doing what a woman wanted to do.
No HR issues costing me a job because I had to have some woman there, or she had to have me. No baby daddies busting in the door, out of jealousy, or being lined up as a mark. The last example is extreme, but possible.
I get to understand it and stop wondering and/or self-loathing over the past of not finding myself between somebody's legs enough, or having X number of women blowing up my phone trying to put me there.
Large themes with me in general are efficiency, and dealing with limitations. You cannot exceed limitations if you don't acknowledge them and work within them till mastery. I have never been a "thrill of the hunt", which is a minority trait or lack thereof, which kept me out of those forementioned situations, but the knowledge available has me understanding that my curse in some ways is a blessing and to remain closer to that side of the tracks, especially as the stakes rise with my age.
I understand my past lack of success is due to female biological wiring to seek traits I may not necessarily have, whether by birthright or acquisition, and with the information presented I can decide what traits are important for me to hone or acquire, and what are not. Thus I have a clearer outlook on what that aspect of life will look like moving forward because I know how much of the general formula, so to speak, will be in my repertoire.
I also believe I carry karmic debt from a previous life, but that is an entirely separate deal in itself. Overall, I'm given peace of mind with my understanding that what's "normal" isn't necessarily normal for me, and I can move forward with trying to cultivate my own path where I have a better chance to settle into my normal.
