truth be told, an MBA wouldn't help a guy like Walker....simply because it's not in his nature to be conservative, disciplined or plan for the future.

his financial negligence is parallel to how negligent he was with his basketball career.

When you waste that much money in such a short amount of time... you could chalk it up to ignorance .........but repeatedly making the same mistakes for your entire adult life ?:rudy:

If he worked a 9-5, he'd be the guy who regularly overdrafts his account trying to impress bytches, forever opening new lines of credit... and not giving a fukk about how he's gonna pay shyt off, buying them new Jordans and figuring out how to live off $27 for 2 weeks later, blowing his entire tax return on a trip to miami to do the same shyt he already does with different hoes, etc.

Logical thinking: Get a business education. Acquire wealth. Increase wealth.

Backwards logic: Get wealth. Lose wealth. Never come close to seeing that type of wealth again. Get interested in a business education.

This is like someone who never brushed, flossed, or mouthwashed, losing all their teeth then looking into sugarless gum for its oral benefits.

Recent accounts of athletes falling into financial distress have spurred some business schools to create specialized MBA programs for people like Walker. TheUniversity of Miami School of Business Administration, which announced earlier this week that it would launch an executive MBA program for professional artists and athletes in the spring, is the latest institution to get in on the game. Similar programs have been launched by the George Washington University School of Business and the Kelley School of Business. Both athletes and the administrators of specialized MBA programs say demand for athlete-oriented business education is strong.

I like this...

Even without being business savvy there's no reason for you to go broke after making over $100 million dollars during your career. All you have to do is save some of it and not live so extravagantly.

Easier said than done...

These are 19 year olds we're talking about. A lot of these guys come into the league in debt. And then, never get ahead of it.

Foolishly is subjective. The bottomline is he never had anywhere close to 100million dollars.

:camby:

Supporting a 70 person entourage is the exact definition of foolish. The exact amount of millions doesn't matter............he still recklessly blew through millions of dollars

It doesn't take a business degree to know not to invest your money into something you have no comprehension of:lupe:
