Extradition treaty usually make it a non starter with no variation for both parties. Due to law at the top level of both nations.

Non extradition treaty makes things depend on the will of those involved. So pretty simple concept.
Doesn't matter if the country is easily corruptible which you are assuming.

And most, if not all, extradition treaties contains provision giving the right to not extradite the country’s citizens.

Sure it matters but it's easier to play when there is no legal obligation to have to extradite and it's ad hoc

I don't know about the last part, typically extradition has to be illegal actions in both countries, but yeah it's irrelevant to this convo

People need to stop thinking countries that do not have treaties with us will not get your ass out of there if the government comes knocking.
I don’t think that some people understand that treaties are there to simplify the logistical, financial and legal aspects of the process.

The US has no treaty with Dubai/UAE but it’s still like a 100% chance that US citizens will get extradited, as they have a range of other bilateral agreements and solid diplomatic ties.

It’s like saying you won’t go to jail if you get caught assassinating a broad cause it will be tried on a case by case basis. Yes true, but please don’t try it :unimpressed:

That's cool you posted two articles about the same guy. What does that do to change anything. I already said apparently they do a extradite on an ad hoc basis?
Last time responding to you because you are clearly retarded, but that shyt does not matter because if they want to extradite you they will. Russel Simmons has not been charged with anything so why would he be in danger of getting sent home?

Countries like Brazil, France and Japan have extradition treaties with us but will not extradite their own citizens, so even treaties have their limits. All in all, there are only a few places that would not send you back as a U.S. citizen and that is if they even let you in the country to begin with, much less stay long term.

lol, he was so dumb he didn't know that the Arabs are partners with Israel and the US.
Should have went to Russia or Bali
It may take a little longer, but the US can get you in Bali. There’s no official extradition treaty, but they work with the US to bring people into custody.

Assuming a country that has a death penalty option for recreational drug use would willingly want a criminal living there is just dumb :mjlol:
