I mean he’s right. Charter schools exist to kill public schools and elevate white kids. You segregate the schools, give black parents the “choice” to select a charter school with smaller classes and better facilities BUT terrible academics…then you let white parents choose the good expensive white charters that are basically private schools.
Think about how insidious this is. They want black children to learn how to sit quietly, not disrupt classes, dress well…yet there are no academic standards. The goal is to create a polite, docile under class. The 20+ year old black man you see bagging groceries. Isn’t that Jamal from the charter school? Good to see him doing something in life! Meanwhile the young man has no skills or college prospects but hey, he says yes ma’am and no ma’am. Then you (a white person) walk away without giving it a second thought.

The first link below shows that only 7% of of Detroit students in general were proficient in reading in 2015. The second link shows 2019 data for 8th graders and only a little over 6% were proficient in reading. That said, Moore isn't telling the whole story with that tweet when pointing out Rose's school having a 13% reading proficiency rate.

why do y’all think everything is done for white folks? Do you not stay in an area where there are black charter schools?
Every charter school near me is 98% black.
Same and some of them are pretty good too
