Actually I been suffering from anxiety thinking about death for the last month. I've never dealt with anxiety like this before. Been a tormenting myself to the point of getting little to no rest. I can't wrap my head around anyone being at peace with this

I deal with elderly ppl, so getting old is just as depressing so I don't want to die, but i also don't want to get old

Not really. It doesnt help to be anxious over something you can't control. The Outcome is the same whether you are chill or a nervous wreck; so you might as well chill.

You only worry or fear things that you can actually change.


I'd be more concerned with the method of death than the physical state of being dead . For example, I'm not trying to die from stage 93 cancer or Alzheimer's or some sht like that. In such a scenario I would hasten my own death.

My thoughts exactly. Was just finna say it aint death that scares me, i just dont wanna die getting beat to death, far from Harlem, so i actively do all i can to avoid going to prison

Dont waste ur energy fearing the inevitable. Just make the most of this life and appreciate every second, and do all u can to assure it ends as favorably as possible.

I think about death everyday...my death, people close to me, death around world, even those that died within the coli.

It's one of the many things that pushes me and allows to keep a positive attitude on most days.

I'm more afraid of how I die than if I die. I haven't made the mark on this world that I've wanted and that's disappointing, but I won't leave this world as a burden to anyone.

I've been off lately and I don't know why. Not sure if its anxiety, my heart, but I'm leaning towards hyperthyroidism. I took a blood test recently and I'm waiting for the results.

Its been having me think of death in the sense of my own mortality more often than usual.

Yes that shyt can cause crazy anxiety, hypo is just as bad. All bruhs need to get regular blood work done. Also us as black men need to stay on top of our blood pressure .
