You realize that being in control is more important than any moments of bliss you might experience...

All the times I seen people catch Ls...alcohol or drugs were involved.

The time I almost caught an L...I decided to get drunk with a broad in a bar that I did not want to go to but a bytch wanted to get some drinks and she ordered a lot of fukking drinks thinking I was gonna drink with her and the bytch was like..."Come on let loose..."

And I knew I was fukking up...and yeah I fukked up...

It's never ever worth it and I mean never...

I don't get drunk and I don't get high and if I ever indulge...I know to do it alone...by myself...

Being sober all the time is like life on hard mode. You feel everything and can't get fukked up to forget your problems.

Regarding smoking...look I became a lazy piece of shyt not doing anything productive with my time. Also random drug tests are now a thing at my position so can't risk it.

How I do it? Write your goal, keep busy and focus your energy on other thoughts.

If you go extreme like my situation was. You either learn from the "close" moments or end up somewhere.
I've decided enough was enough and never went back.
I be at parties the only guy not drinking all the time.

First time I got drunk was at a graduation party in 2012 and that was the last time I ever did. I don't ever crave alcohol like that. I will get one or two drinks max. Alcohol isn't good for your health.

I quit drinking alcohol completely after I moved to Canada.
Alcohol is poisonous.
It burns, it deprives the brain of precious oxygen.
It harms the liver.
It can magnify the influences of negative emotional thought.
Social lubricant is overrated.
Alcohol consumers pay to lower their inhibitions and ease tension in crowded, loud spaces full of strange people filled with lust...and sometimes anger.
Hangovers feel like chemotherapy and cancer, according to my friend, who is enduring that fight right now.
I drank from age 17 to 31.
It was time to stop.
I had some fukkery stories to share. I deleted them. Certain individuals on this site gather and retain information about other male posters on a female level.
