I'm thinking of a career pivot. I currently work in training and development, but I'm approaching my 3 year mark and upward mobility isn't looking possible company wide. Now I've heard a bit of agile coaches and since I'm in training and development, I figure it would be a good fit for it. Anyone have any experience with Agile or Scrum as a whole?
