They've been doing this in Vancouver, B.C. for decades. As a matter of fact, Vancouver and its surrounding cosmopolises is basically Chinatown on steroids (not sure if you've been up there, but i head to "we the north" annually and that general sows is emanating from the pavement.
I'm not too happy about it because they're making it tough for new homebuyers (and potential ones like myself) hit a new reality of difficulty because they drive up the housing market pricing to unseen levels (they're gobbling up entire fleet of communities and leaving nothing to the millennials - at least, not in neutral playing field because they have disposable income and transferring it stateside, which hurts the domestic natives --- we don't have a chance. Pay to play or get the fukk out is what it seems).
As a matter of factoid, my android, these folks spent 13 billion on u.s. real estate in 2013.
Nearly doubled that to 22 billion in 2014.

I'm intrigued as to what that number will be in 2015 since there's a possible/inevitable housing bubble concern in their mainland... it's not gonna slow down anytime soon. In due time, your home is gonna be sandwiched between Ding on your left and Dong on your right. You'll be the meat between a proverbial chinese donut. I don't know if that's considered a sweet or savory thing... but they don't party and work all day, so you'll be fine if you like it quiet (i know, i'm surrounded by them).
Jwonder, you're the biggest advocate for asian hatery... i'll give you that. And now you have great reason for it because this information is baffling and there ain't shiit we can do about it.

If you think buying real estate is take over, then you are sadly misguided. The US will never be China owned in a sense that we would be emerged in their culture and have to do things THEIR WAY ONLY. That is what a take over is. Middle Easterners were buying up shyt left and right before the big beef. Buy all you want. You still not not taking over. There maybe strong influence of a culture in a certain region, but never dominating the whole country. Especially white washed Chinese.
Seems like every few decades or so. Some country is supposed to take over America. Then you have idiots like yourself that believe it. When I was growing up it was supposed to be Russia. Yup that worked out great.

The fukking dapsMost def. She ain't no bedwench either, she'd dated outside her race but was with mostly black guys, especially with the long term reationships. I messed with her back in high school but lost touch over the years. Met back up on Myspace and picked back up without ever missing a beat. Been going on ten years strong now, I'm the first person she's never cheated on either. It's not a race fetish thing for us either (I left a crazy cac for my wife), it's genuine.
