This my first week and based on my work schedule it's not hard to pull off.

I'm just curious if anyone on here has experience with it and can say it worked for them?

During my 8 hour window I usually stick to different variations of these food items:

Only water
Spinach
Kale
Tomatoes
Roman lettuce
Asparagus
Mushrooms
Onions
Pickles
Apples
Oranges
Pineapples
Peanut butter
Crackers
Turkey burgers
Chicken breast
Salmon
Sunflower kernels
Olive oil

This was exactly the food I was eating before this is just the first week I've done intermittent fasting.

If y'all got experiences with it let me know

You must be morbidly obese to decide to eat healthy :ohhh:

I swear people are such fat lazy pieces of shyt that not eating bread is considered "extreme dieting" :mjlol:

It can work. As long as it fits within your goal and lifestyle......

My only question why you want to do it relative to what you were doing before.
Because both of sides of my family have health issues.

And like most black families unfortunately nobody really gives a shyt.

I don't have any health issues now but I'm almost 30 and I don't want them to start before I get :flabbynsick:
It's already fitting into my lifestyle based on my work schedule and workout routine.

Thank you for your words of wisdom Dr. Oz:ohhh:

But what were you doing to prevent health issues before trying IF?

At is core IF is calorie restriction like any other diet. There isnt any science relative to weight loss that supports it being better than eating in restricted calories in another manner relative to weight loss.

I would monitor your fat intake as well. IF can crash your hunger and if you arent getting enough healthy fat things could get a little screwy.

Nothing I guess.

I don't know shyt about this other than the basics of what not to eat.

I've worked out consistently for about 3 years but never really watched what I ate until about 6 months ago.

What is this? A series of timed intervals during which you can't eat anything or something else?
