Over time some people learn the difference between a white person and a cac imo. Just like people say "there's a difference between black people and nikkas!" If that's true, then there's a difference between white people and cacs. There are some harmless white people, whom are chill as hell, but there's just too many cacs in certain countries. You probably won't have the same evil issues with a Welsh white person that you would with an american cac
