My experience with whites is a bit different since I never went to school with whites until I was 18
My parents let a nikka know early how devilish they can be, so I was always on guard when around my white teachers and administrators. A lot of the teachers in my schools were also black or hispanic so the white people where usually on their best behavior.
It wasn't until I went to college that I experienced firsthand how vile white people, especially millennial whites, can be. Many whites will have fun with you, claim they understand the "struggle", love black culture, talk AAVE, have sex with blacks, but still think you are inferior to them simply because you are black. In my experience, the majority of whites are like this.

What I learned while growing up in lilly white Minnesota. For most black males... White strangers smile at you in public from birth to about age 11... After that... Hair on the balls grows, the voice gets deeper, the muscles more defined, the limbs, feet, hands get longer...

I've seen a few threads like this before & here's my take. Some of yall who think this way are thinking in very simplistic terms. Example: "Chad is really cool, we played beer pong!" or "Jessica's great, and I've never had a bad encounter with a white person!" Very...simplistic thinking. It's much more complex than that. No one is saying that the individual white ppl you know are "evil". It's the white privilege aspect that you don't need to be so nonchalant about. It affects your whole life, will affect your kids life, grandkids life, etc
On average, in my day to day life, no, I usually don't have any white ppl come up to me and call me a ****** or something. And I am cool with some of my white coworkers. However...it's bigger than that. Some of you are looking at it individually instead of a larger situation. You need to first of all know, that if you act like everything is gravy and do absolutely nothing to attempt to battle White Supremacy, Black men in this country will NEVER rise to power. It's something some of us like to sugarcoat but it's the truth. If Black men don't be more strategic, white ppl will continue to have a monopoly on everything. And at the rate things are going, other minorities are passing us and building more than we are in a shorter span than we are.
Man...I really wish some Black men would wake up. Some of us are sleep. We could really run shyt if enough of us got on the same page and worked together. I'll be straight up, White men are playing chess while some Black men are playing checkers. Just trying to be on the white man's good side will get us nowhere and is useless. Other minorities are coming in OUR neighborhoods setting up shop and making money off us. And as a whole, a lot of us are just accepting it. There should be way more Black businesses than there are. But no...let's just congregate with Mr. Charlie and forget trying to build our own ecomonic base. Let's just work for them for the rest of our lives.
Other races are not as INCLUSIVE as we are. Wake up. Yeah, Josh, Carlos or Chang might smoke a blunt with you, party with you, etc but when it comes to BUSINESS, MONEY, other races keep it IN HOUSE. Most races prefer to hire their own, and if it was legal for all of them to not hire Black ppl, we'd be even worse off. The businesses that can get away with only hiring family/friends or other ppl of the same race, definitely do it though. Black men need to OWN more. Play the game, bros.
Some will keep covering our ears and humming Kumbaya like everything is just fine. Like nothing needs to be changed. I don't want to just be satisfied with a piece of the White Man's pie. nikka I want my own. I can't change things overnight but I'll be damned if I don't try.
