Im learning that after my 3rd year in it. I maintained quite well, the first 2.5 yrs with some hiccups, but the problem I notice with nightshift is recovery takes long, it’s isolating, and if you have a stressful event, it’s a lot harder to get back into a sleep rhythm.

If you can,try finding a day time job.

I do one week of nights a month. I'm also looking for a day time job also. Sleeping pattern will just get worse & worse

Human beings are meant to be asleep at night & awake at daylight

Can you give me a quick and honest rundown of the progression from when u first noticed and what age? Really would appreciate it breh.

Its genetics mate. My father was bald so i started to notice my hairline moonwalking in my early 20s I think around 23/24. Then I just embraced it and started shaving it all off around 27. I have younger brothers and they're bald too. All of us started balding roughly around the same age in our 20s. So we all just been shaving our heads since and not worry about it. My Mrs like it so. :manny:

Its weird. My hairline in perfect. The sides and back are thick but the top is thin, but it wasn’t even gradual. It’s like I did a cut like usual and notice the hair was sparse. It seems like all of my hair isn’t growing , even facially. I’m hoping it’s a temporary situation from not sleeping and lack of eating.

Since middle school, I worked stage production and have gone 3-4 days without sleep. Take naps, good luck.

Happens to me all the time. These are some of the things I have to do to get back on schedule.

1. have a consistent time you go to sleep
2. exercise every day
3. no caffeine late
4. no snacking late
5. no screen time (computer or tv) for at least an hour before bed. Chill with a book or music or something else relaxing
6. don't lie down in bed until you're going to sleep. Use the bed for sleep and nothing else.

If none of that works, then your issue is probably stress. Figure out what's stressing you in life and either try to reduce it or start dealing with it so it doesn't stress you anymore.
