That's more or less what i'm doing. I work the marketing and help set up. That's about it. Since we still new we split food cost.

My main job is for a hospital that caters food everyday but idk bout pushing it on em just yet. Get you a couple cooks that's all you need to get started. We give them a cooking fee and a percentage of the take. If you really want to just call the shots the thing i've already learned the hardway is of you're going to go after a company don't sell by the plate get a flat rate.

Sounds a lot like Snappers, no? But they have so few locations that I haven't been there in years even though I love their food. This type of establishment isn't over-saturated by any means so I think there is an opportunity if placed in the right areas of Dade/Broward.
