that's different, as you can actually retrieve your car. when you put something on a cloud you lose all ability to control it. it exists permanently in cyber space somewhere. and there are people that have the capability to access it.
So customers should be punished for a flaw in security when it comes to internet storage? You believe that it's ok to invade someone's privacy just because you can? This isn't about them making a mistake by uploading stuff on the internet. We've all been warned of the dangers of that for decades. This is about having enough respect for yourself to respect other people, even if they are famous and "shoulda known better".

This isn't the only issue I have a stance on but that is the topic of the thread. At this point, how can I really get mad and turn my attention toward the nsa when given the opportunity, it appears as if many citizens would fall into the same pattern of behavior? I don't feel any sympathy, when you live under a microscope you have to take extra steps to protect your privacy. at the same time there's a lot of pathetic people that are the equivalent of digital stalkers.
