Im trying. Not really to bad but I miss the taste. Ive been drinking heavy for years so I think Im ready to slow it down. I will say I feel much better waking up without feeling bloated and wooze.

But, you gotta be ready for the lifestyle change, because it seems like everybody else drinks, and being sober around drunk people is no fun. Happy hours, sports, parties, etc., all get thrown to the bushes. It's hard to find sober friends that like to hang out without drinking.
You gotta be ready for some major changes in how you interact around people. I ain't gonna lie, it's pretty hard. Drinking is so commonplace in American culture. Drink when you're sad, when you're happy, out on dates, hanging with friends, etc. etc. At times I miss drinking, just for the social interaction. But what are you gonna do?
I can't drink because of some Meds I'm on, but I wouldn't drink anyway, even if I could. shyt is poison. Hangovers

I love drinking but I try to drink liquor only. Rather have 3 cups of mixed punch or shots something than 8 beers.
Drinking is only cool tho f you are moving a lot or sitting still. Can't be drinking and then sitting and then moving then sitting then moving.
Pickle juice and Gatorade helps a lot too. Which is another reason I order liqour. I drink a small amount of liquid and get lit and still have room in my stomach for Powerade or food.

I'm dieting and had to fall back...the only use I have for the wine in my kitchen is to deglaze the pan after I cook up some chicken with peppers/onion
