Did a short stint 4 yrs ago. Remember only the inmate whiteman wishing me luck on my appeal & release. He actually wanted me to get outta there but the nikkas there wanted to convince me to stay & do my full sentencing time

I know I'm not a breh. but felt to contribute to this thread anyway.
I did get locked up in jail last year for assault. my mother and I got into a fight. now before anyone wants to say some smart ass shyt. no, i don't fight my mother(we have verbal conflicts, but that's far as it ever went until last year). and i was provoked and it was self defense.
(i could share the story but eh.)
so i spent a good number in jail, two days to be exact. and i was - my emotions were all over the place and i was placed in a suicide cell. and yes, the jail was boring. i never been so bored in my life. wish they provided books or something, sheesh!
so after 2 months of being released from jail (i had a public attorney, since i didn't have a job then) and i was originally charged assault AND domestic violence. but after talking briefly with my attorney before my final court date, she said i could plead guilty to lessen the charge(s). at that point, what choice did i have? mi could've taken the jury trial, but i knew they'd believe my mother over me. so i took the plea deal. so the domestic charge was dismissed, and the assault charge (misdemeanor 1) was changed to misdemeanor 4...which in my case, was disorderly conduct. so that makes em eligible for expungement.
fast forward to a few weeks later after my final court date, i got a job at retail. I'm planning to hire a lwayer by next year so i can get this charge off my record. ( i definitely don't want to be denied jobs over what happened and my charge, although since it's not a felony, they'll probably overlook it. but it still doesn't hurt to be safe.)

I shall clarify.
I did two days in jail, but after 2 days from jail (because i got out on jan the 23rd, i went in on jan the 21. the ending of my case would come 2 months later, (or near that amount) so on march the 12th, was when the case ended (i never went back to jail after my 2 days of time. and i got a job 2 months later after what happened). my bad for not clarifying it earlier.

Currently on house arrest. Been on here since Sept 2014. Was only allowed to leave the house on Mon & Thur to take drug test. Since I been clean I only get to leave once a week now.
Lesson learned never ride with the strap unless you need it.
I should be off in July inshallah

I did three days after stupid birch implicated me in something very bad, I got beat up by the detectives and I didn't get any food or water for the first 48 hours.
I did two years and some change when I was 15 because I stabbed somebody trying to save a friend and coincidentally that same friend snitched on me ... Name address and all lat ... I told the story on here numerous times .. Been free since February 2014 ..
The cops came to a cookout b/c they got a call about a gun....They found a gun hidden under a car---but his prints wasn't on it... he had a single.38 caliber bullet in his pocket. He has an appeal coming up. He's already serving a 3-year bid for assault with a deadly weapon. The sentence is over in December 2015.Say swear?

Initially I was going to get hit with attempt murder because I poked him up something vicious , but attorney I had got reduced to 1st assault because of how young I was and I was locked in Horizon Juvenile Center for 2 years then when I got out I was on house arrest for 5 months .
