So say the car is 23+4k tax title reg- now you are putting 10 down so you will finance 17, probably should get gap because your value on the car will be less than 17 dont buy extended warranties and only buy certified when buying used with remainin warranty and always buy used under 40k miles . Your apr for your loan should be around 5.99 or even 2.99 on used car im going off score . If they know you have 750ish and up.. They wont let you walk away without meeting your deal

Might be kind of difficult...kbb has that car listed as 24,070. I'm sure they know that price and it's already listed $500 below. You just gotta be firm on what you want to pay. If you are able to walk away & don't need a car like now then force their hand
