If I were you I wouldn't give them another number until they countered your initial offer. Let them know that you are gonna buy a car either way (since you like that black car which is a year newer and around the same price). Let them know that only a fool would buy a car by the sticker price and if they're not willing to negotiate then you'll take your business elsewhere. Bet they will change their tune. Make it seem like you felt disrespected that they shot your initial offer down without even countering

I can finance through them first right and if I don't like it get the loan from the bank and pay off the car. And just pay bank the bank monthly

Why don't you go through the bank up front? If I were you I'd go with the 2013 which is 1000 cheaper. Are they willing to negotiate on that dealer?

Ok, they lied on the 2013 that it has navigation. I think the most you can probably get it for is 24000 out the door. You offered 23.5 they countered at 24.5, just tell them meet you halfway at 24
