somewhat the majority of the people that own goods services (food, clothing etc.) is owned by Arabs. If you can somehow transport these goods that you are able to sell cheaper than them...then you are set. Construction supplies are really expensive too.
of course there are crimes etc.
jobs? good luck with that, families usually hook each other up and family name is also important.
Housing, for the most part, families buy the land and build the family home and it's passed down from generations.
Like someone suggested, marry a local and your life would be easier.
