Any chance Fallout 4 overtakes Mgs V for GOTY?

The stuff revealed tonight made it seem like fallout 4 will be almost as much customizable as MGS V. There's just so much you can do. When I saw that character flying around in the powersuit

MGS is a niche game at this point. Plenty of people will be checking for F4 in comparison to it

With the success of Skyrim, I'm pretty sure F4 is now a lock for GOTY

Fallout's never been about the story so MGS has it there.

Gameplay wise they're both looking pretty ambitious. But this minecraft meets action rpg thing Fallout's doing has me more interested right now.
