First movie was not bad. Rosamund Pike is pretty damn fine. Y'all can hate on scientology all you want, but this movie had everything a good action movie needed.

Probably not but it should ... I get that Tom cruise didn't physically look like how reacher is described in the books but he pulled off the spirit of the character to me

I thought it was a pretty good flim. Id like to see another one. This time more challenging for Jack because it seems like he really breezed through that film.

I wouldn't mind, but if Tom Cruise was able to escape Scientology, the ether in his movies would be pure; unfiltered.

I feel like we are getting a watered down Cruise.

There is a chance of a sequel happening. It made $80 million domestic and worldwide it made $216 mill, so while it made good money overall it was still a kind of a disappointment at home. But it all depends on Tom Cruise, studios would probably make it, but does he want to go back to what might be considered a 'losing' franchise? He's already going back to Mission Impossible to get a huge movie again.

Valkyrie - $83
Knight & Day - $76
Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol - $216
Jack Reacher - $80
Oblivion -$89
Mission Impossible 5

He's not doing $100 million domestic like he used to but all those movies are still good for at least $200 million worldwide.

Jack Reacher surprised me on how good a flick it was. Wouldn't mind a sequel..

Tom Cruise is pretty busy though, he's got no less than 4 movies, all potential franchises in the works as of right now

Things change quickly, now he's out of The Man from Uncle.

EXCLUSIVE: Tom Cruise has exited as the lead in The Man From U.N.C.L.E., the remake of the classic TV series that Guy Ritchie will direct for Warner Bros. Cruise was scheduled to star in the film withArmie Hammer, but he has stepped out of the picture to focus on producing and starring in Mission: Impossible 5. Paramount and Skydance are now planning to begin shooting the latest installment of that franchise before year’s end. Warner Bros has a script they like, and a top director who’s expecting to direct U.N.C.L.E. in the fall. The timing proved too difficult and so Cruise stepped out to focus on M:I5.
