My Toshiba labtop won't let me log into my account. Whenever I type in my password it hit me with "The user profile service filed the logon"

Can anyone help me get all my documents back. I feel like my kid has been kidnapped

Id assume all your documents would be on ur harddrive, open up the laptop, take out the hardrive and get one of those hardrive usb connectors
