Definitely a city that you need money to live comfortably in. not talking millionaire, but at least have a decent job and maybe an alternate hustle/source of income.

as long as you're not lazy and are bout your hustle you can get in where you fit in

I know countless folks who came here from the islands without a dollar to their name and didn't speak a word of English. Now they own businesses, live in nice cribs and are doing very well for themselves.

The food is amazing, there's something for everyone.

Same with females...if you like Latinas, black chicks, island chicks, Brazilian, white etc. There all there for the taking. As long as you're presentable and have somewhat of a mouthpiece you can eat good.
