Any fans of Cheap Heat?

Rosenberg's wrestling podcast on grantland.. His cohost David Shoemaker just joined Bill Simmons at HBO/Ringer. This podcast is really the only wrestling podcast I listen to, always entertaining despite the analysis not being on par with other podcasts.

Thought there maybe some fans on here affected by the news

EDIT: Shoemaker left the show, that sucks because he really has some interesting points.

It's the only podcast that's not too or and is a pretty fun listen, even though the wrestling talk isn't as on point as other ones considering they're just fans/writers and not insiders like JR, Stone Cold, Meltzer, Keller, etc

Havent checked it but i do like Rosenberg's videos with wrestlers or about wrestling.

I regularly listen to WhatsNXT and sometimes I'll peep Review-A-Raw if i feel like it..Review-A-Wai is what put me on both of those, but I dont really listen like i did 2 years ago.

The podcast that got me back into Wrestling full time again No half way casual shyt like the previous 10 years

Good time too cause it debuted the month Punk left and the drama of that, Bryan had the Mania build and Warrior, Hogan and Sting were all back in the fold with the company or close to be for the first time and we were curious as to what that meant (Jan 2014)

Just re-listened to the episode after Warrior died

Podcast also made getting back into the product easier after a hiatus. Really interested to see how the show survives, don't think it'll be the same

Its been solid since ESPN acquired and Grantland finished.

Where did you hear this? I know he missed a couple earlier but hes on now, didnt know he was leaving

Masked Man pratically holds that show together, 45% of the time Rosenberg is on his phone or laptop, hurling out soundbytes or theme songs and seems disinterested after 20 minutes of a 1 hour podcast.

Exactly.. Should be interesting to see how it goes since Roesenberg rarely ever watches Raw in it's entirety and is always trying to wrap up he show. I don't think Greg can handle keeping him focused

GAWD Dammitt he's doing a Wrestling Podcast with Simmons? Look Bill is my dude and I fukks with his shyt for years but even I am at the point now where his stuff his transparent and repetitive on his sports and pop culture podcasts

I dont need Simmons talking about Wrestling like he's an expert the same way he does about TV, Football and Basketball, Baseball etc

"I went to Raw at Staples the other and if you just do the naked eye test you can tell there's some tension with Lana and the other divas"

"Is there a better athlete in Wrestling history than Seth Rollins? he's just been on a tear reminiscent of 94 Michaels"

Gets on a rant about Vince like he's Roger Goddell thinking its some groundbreaking evaluation and everyone else is like "Yeah we've been saying this about him for years Bill thanks"
