Just lost an uncle to Prostate Cancer, I know his Jamaican ass wasn't taking it seriously but I don't blame him tho lol.

Last time I seen the doc he said, get your sleep, exercise and diet right and we won't have to have these talks in my 40s

There's no guaranteed way to prevent cancer, you can do everything right and still get it.

Best you can do is try to live a reasonably healthy lifestyle, and get your checkups so hopefully if you do get it you can catch it early.

I'm healthy, I'm not morbidly obese or anything like that so I'd say my diet is fine. I even go to the gym due to my love of working out not because I care about my health



My whole life has been a struggle so that's why I don't care about my health, I'm mentally tired
