all of Matthew 23 1-39 is addressing israel.

The entire Chapter of Matthew 23 is Jesus talking talking to disciples and the multitude. He starts going in on the wicked scribes and Pharisees of that day. You know, the same people that was hell bent on killing him. He said it over and over again the chapter.

Its address those two positions of leadership within Israel not Israelites as a whole

When you read the the Old Testament then there’s no room for the NT. And in the OT it doesn’t say anything about spreading the truth. It just says God will come back when the Israelites start obeying again. Which is where we are nowadays with all that’s going on...

most folks and all the wars that have been waged are a reflection of a written spiritual battle

this is also why most people have a hard time linking history with events in the bible...they arent reading it right

meditating on the words of Jesus is the key to salvation. All other approaches wont work

You’re not really in order unless you’re down with the Israelite way of life.
