You can probably get it at your local supermarket.
Yeah, if you put on a lot it's hot. Put the right amount though and it'll make your food taste

I eat peppers with just about everything, the aftermath is shytty but it's like crack I can't leave it alone.Eat Green Chile with every meal you could imagine

Scotch bonnets are pretty hot. I'd say your better than the average person.i can only handle half a scotch bonnet.
