I get soy because im lactose intolerant But of course you can have it without soy. It's just Chai Tea (hot or cold) and either milk or soy milk.

It's really delicious. Ive put a few people on it.

I try not to drink milk in my coffee or teas anymore.

I just looked it up seen espresso is in it ...Im gonna try it tomorrow

Chai with a shot of espresso...

I love them personally, and loose tea >>>>>>>>> Bags...cheaper and more flavorful.

The flowering teas kinda suck though without another tea...but that could be i just have some wack ass flavors.

There expensive. They say you can use them for multiple brewings, but they lose a lot of flavor after the first brew.

quit drinkin alot of tea, because its really high in caffeine..

if i do buy green tea, ill make sure to get decaffeinated, tho.. decaf blackberry green tea w/almond milk & organic sugar is

every now and then, ill have a yerba mate w/almond milk..

off-topic, but regular iced-tea w/almond milk is easily better than any chai.. give it a try, folks..
