Any idea when car prices will go back down?

You want me to see if we can find something at work for you breh? The dealer group I works at owns 2 Chevy stores, GMC, Buick, Cadillac and a bunch of other brands.

Not now, chopping up all my important bills and saving for a decent down payment.
You better not get no automatic either.

Definitely going for the 6 speed. That SS will be a nice cruising car. Won't be doing any racing though, them 10 speeds ain't no joke.

Man I'm not willing to drive a soulless car just to shave off a tenth of a second
Fair. It's also a $1600 option on that car, and it's a bit more fuel efficient (who buys a Camaro and worries about fuel efficiency?).

When you're in the market, I can put some feelers out to possibly find a color/trim package combination that might work for you.

It's gone be used, I'm thinking $35k max. I might have to go for the LT1s, they a lil bit cheaper. But the SS got everything you could want.

Crazy because before Covid a lot of used Camaros was high 20s:what:

For what it is, it gets decent fuel mileage especially with a tune.

Oh I know - also, since Carvana is teetering on the brink of bankruptcy, that might cause a significant amount of inventory to hit the market at rock bottom prices (relatively speaking).

We'll see what happens, I'm genuinely curious in the coming months. Also I think Chevy is killing off the Camaro V8s, so now the time to try to get one.

Why is Carvana doing bad? Seem like a good setup especially with the 7 day test trial they give you with their cars.

Carvana has never made any money - their business model (in theory) works with scale, but they underestimated how much it costs to set up reconditioning centers all over the country, as well as the logistics involved of transporting cars all over the US (as well as those stupid vending machines). Not to mention that they've been overpaying for used car inventory since their inception - giving people estimates of what their car is worth based on a picture and without a physical inspection is absolutely CRAZY. Especially with the amount of crap that can break or malfunction on a car these days. Stock was near $300 almost a year ago to the day, now it's at $8 with a ton of debt.

:wtf:
