I work in sales now, not in a call center.

I think the biggest advice is going to be make friends but look out for yourself dont let people too comfortable with you its all about the money get your sales.

If it pays good and there's good looking women, do a good job right away so u can move up and get off the phones. That way u can graze the floor and smash the thots.

This is pretty much where my head is at. Gonna try and kill it and move up as quick as I can. :myman:

Yes, don't fukk around...get off the phones asap. Look professional and the hoes will flock and u can get off those phones sooner by acting like a grown up but keep the swag if u have any. But get off the phones and life at a call center isn't so bad.

Well from my understanding thats the people that are already feed up and pissed off so it doesnt sound fun.

You're right. It fukking sucks. :sadcam:
It doesn't help that other departments or even other retention reps ROUTINELY just dump calls back into the que because they don't wanna take a disconnect/don't know how to handle the call - so you end up with folks even more pissed because they've already been bounced around on the phone. And Spectrum's business strategy makes it tougher to keep customers. How the fukk are you supposed to convince someone to keep paying 150-200 a month for services when they can just go to internet only or another provider for way less? :gucci:
