My first hiatus was after HHH and Austin teamed up cause it pissed me off so much.

Second one was prolly sometime in 2004 and didn't end til prolly Cena came to RAW as champ

Stopped when Jericho came back in 07 and didn't start back following til early 2010

Right when they fukked up the summer of Punk I've been in and out since then.

Stopped around the time JBL got his push. Watched ONS and didn't order another PPV until Taker/HBK 2 :ohhh:

I stopped watching around 2003...tried watching sporadically but I hated Cena and the direction the company was going...started again around 2011 because of TSC

CM Punk was also a big reason. I felt like everything dude was saying in 2011 was some real shyt especially since I hated Cena.

from WM19 to January 2005 because of HHH/Booker T, Evolution was change the channel status until Batista broke away. Actually, I saw WM20 after WM21, 04 was the first full year of wrestling I missed since I was a baby. However, this break was helpful in that I was exposed to TNA/ROH/Japanese wrestling from a couple of friends. Starting in late 04 I was watching Punk/Low Ki/Bryan/Nigel/Daniels/Samoa/Kentas/Marafuji do their thing and I started to balance WWE/Indies together. I stayed after WM21 when Batista beat HHH (Now that I remember I was a big Batista fan back then :ohhh:)

The second time I stopped was right at the start of 2009 after JBL/HBK. Other than bits and pieces (HBK/Taker and his retirement, Punk/Hardy and some of his SES run, Rock's return) I completely stopped watching wrestling altogether as I was more interested in other activities and felt I grew out of it. I came back in June 2011 when Punk started acting weird lol and stayed after the shoot. Between #TSC and wrestling programming this has been the hardest I've been into wrestling since I was a child.

My wrestling timeline:
1991-2003 (Although from 1993-97 I was watching WCW more) 2005-2009, and 2011-present.

Stopped watching in 2003. Started watching again Fall 2010 because nothing else was on Mon nights and needless to say it sucked me right back in. This was around the time CM Punk was on commentary and he was getting ready to join the Nexus.

-After the last Mania in LA up until the Pipe bomb promo. CM Punk single handily brought me back.

-Then I stopped after NOC up until WM. I was just keeping tabs. It's been like that since then.

Didn't have Sky so couldn't get Raw or PPV's, then it just became doing other things and enjoying my teenage years

I watched the Rumble and Mania some years and kept up to date with things on :hamster: but I don't think I watched a show or PPV that wasn't one of those two during that time

pretty much same reason as me, when they started showing it on paid tv thats when i stopped watching on aweekly basis (02-07)

but i still rented ppv dvds here and there so i cant say i completely stop watching during that time

I stopped watching when Triple H had the reign of terror, started up again sometime after, then quit again. I don't remember the date exactly but I do know I missed SES Punk, Sheamus' debut, Nexus and a bunch of other stuff. I came back when a few weeks before Cena and Miz had their match at Wrestlemania.

Maybe it was around this time. I know that I started watching full-time again around the time of the Miz/Cena 'Mania that The Rock hosted.

I know I peeked in for a little of JBL/Eddie, but I missed everything that was going on with the ECW brand. I definitely wasn't watching from about 2004-2009 during college because my Monday nights were booked so I basically missed the entire Ruthless Aggression era.

I'd been meaning to make a thread about it because I'd heard about Mr. Kennedy (my boys's little bro would always update me on crazy shyt) and I saw a few things from Word Life Cena. I worked at my university gym and people always called me Bobby Lashley so I checked out the spot where he jumped through the cage on Umaga. :steviej:

I missed Edge's whole Rated R thing, Matt Hardy losing, caught the spot where Jeff Hardy Swantoned off the stage onto Orton, missed the HHH/Austin Power Trip and HHH/Booker. Missed the whole SES thing. :sadbron:

Maybe the combination of the merger and me not having time had something to do with it. My memory starts getting patchy around Invasion time. I hadn't even watched an Elimination Chamber PPV before this past Sunday and the only EC match I'd seen before that was last year's. :notsure:

Never taken a full blown hiatus, but I've been an occasional fan since like 07. Before that I watched religiously.. every RAW, every SmackDown, ordered every PPV. Eventually though the product got to the point that I had no urge to follow it non stop, not to mention I became more into actual sports as I got older so watching them more helped break the habit of being a full time wrestling fan. I always catch the occasional RAW and usually will go to live events when they're in my town.. and I watch more frequently during WrestleMania season and that's the only PPV I order yearly.

I had started watching around 93/94, mainly wwf. started with wcw and ecw later. i stopped watching around maybe 03/04. whenever the brand split started to occur. i would watch the ppvs since a friend would invite me out with him and a friend to watch them. last i remember seeing was when guys like bautista and Bobby lashley and orton were in the championship matches. i missed the entire nexus run and didn't know about the elimination chamber until last year. for some reason i got back into it again. istarted watching maybe summer of 2011. it was the night after summerslam i think. or whenever Kevin Nash attacked punk. been watching since.

Never fully stepped away but '93-'94 is probably when I watched wrestling the least. Lowest point in wrestling since I've been watching, IMO. I only kept up with much of it through my friend and wrestling magazines.
