I forgot, everyone on here has 4K TV's. I got a Sony Bravia 32 inch, works great.

Nothing is wrong with them, I have a vizio but I do know that a couple of there smart TVs have serious wifi issues that stopped me from getting a smart TV but I love my regular vizio
And to the OP like someone already said get your parents a Roku, much easier, there on sale this whole week too can be had for $40

I have 2 Smart TVs. I rarely use their features though.
Only thing I use on my Viera is the Android app that lets me use my phone as the remote for it.

i got a samsung.. it's alright.

I have a samsung smart tv. The netflix app is garbage though. You're better off just buying a regular LED TV and hooking her up with a Roku or Apple TV or something.
