The job is low stress, pays well, and has ridiculous benefits.

How much was you bringing in a month for the side income and part time job? Were you still able to save?

I'm sure there part-time IT job, you can work anyway with IT. Hospitals, schools, etc.

Sometimes it would be like 15-2000 per month between the side and job, other times like or nothing from the side hustle.

And your right on the part-time tip, but a LOT of those jobs are nightly, weekends (12 hour shifts) or on-call and that don't help me or the side money much

Absolutely. Escaping has been on my mind before I even started. I fukked my 20s off and am paying the price in my early 30s but am finally focused and making better long term decisions. Its so easy to fall into traps with finances, relationships, employers, especially if you don't have a clear vision of what you want and where you want to be. I had to learn the hard way. Some never learn. Some already know and they bypass all the bullshyt, god bless those people.

The work rat race never really ends in modern day society. One way or another the daily dredge will continue as we need money to live. So unless I win the loterry

I remember what my Mum told me, and that was study what you want to do for fun and work. I did, so don't really mind the day to day. I get paid good £ for it so
