Firstly, your post first of all assumes that I have experienced things on my own and am relying purely on my own 'perception' and that assumption is false.
Secondly do you trust your perception when you walk out the street and see or dog or a bird or a flower, or do you also question whether you just believe in your mind you see these things?

Those things aren't supernatural and alot of so called shamans and priest are giving people lsd .
we got a sister in our congregation who use to practice it before she became a Jehovah's witnesses Spanish sister it's straight up demonic like voodoo just another example of wicked Angel's misleading mankind.
There is a good, constructive thread about it in The Root. Talking here is gonna get you caught up, as we've seen, with Christians leading you to their thing, as they should, because that is what their religion calls for.

Firstly you asked me how I could trust my perceptions, I said nothing of shamans or priests or LSD so that is irrelevant. So what if priests and shamans are, that's irrelevant to me and the question you asked me.
Secondly so what of those things are supernatural? Throwing doubt on a person's perceptions when concerning something we wouldn't class as 'natural' is a bias, and a stupid bias at that as it hinders the process of truly, without bias, investigating all possibilities of what may be real.
Thirdly, just a point I'll make connecting to what you said about shamans and LSD. We assume drugs and drug highs equal our minds going crazy making up things that aren't there, that isn't completely true, it's another assumption. Drugs play a role in the facilitating of the spiritual, the mind altering affects of certain drugs like LSD etc even weed heighten our perceptions and open us up to a spiritual world as a result that we wouldn't normally perceive otherwise. Alot like putting a bigger antenna on a radio and picking up alot more stations as a result.
When I was in Ecuador I met a Turkish guy who had just went on an experience with a shaman taking DMT. Described being transported to a city which was made almost entirely of Gold, and him exploring this empty city by himself until he found a friend of his who knew wondering in the city aswell. Well that friend was also travelling in South America and a couple days after called the Turkish don to tell him that he had gone on one of these DMT trips and not only did he describe the exact same empty golden city, he said he bumped into the Turkish don in the city when on his trip.
