I was looking at prison stocks but GEO and CXW have been pretty flat since trump won in nov

Makes sense.

However, with the federal job "buyouts", I don't think buying prison stocks will be the best right now. Less fed employees = less cops = less people imprisoned, but that's the only metric I can gauge the prisons stock on.
