If you dont wanna pay it or want to appear "broke" in court, yet your currently employed, theres a way around it you can fool the court into thinking your not generating income...no income=no payments or very small ones

yeah theyll know based of your social security #, but if you go and tell your employer you made and error or that there is an error on your w-2 and you need to "correct" your social security # you can change a number in it and it will throw them off..probably illegal :manny: works nonetheless

Yeah, so I used to handle liens, judgments and settlement agqinst litigants and what I recommend is, first, show up. That, in itself, gives you a step up bc chances are the CC Company will file against many in your state and many won't show up. So, by showing up, increases your odds.

As for your income, they will attack any and all funds, not just income. Are you liquid by chance? What do u do for a living?

Threw my student master card debt in the bushes after university. They tried but couldn't find me... there is a 6 year limitation before it wipes off your credit. I don't have it on my history no more. I never acknowledged the debt and didn't pay once after I stopped... did the same to my old phone company. I had bad credit for a while but was also living off cash @ the time.
