Canadian women may be the exact same depending on what quality you are looking for. The Canadian total population [35 million] is less than the population of California [38 million] and California is a single US state. Not only that, but the black population in Canada is far less than that of USA, so there are not only less people but there are less black women for you to choose from. With more options total, the chance for variety (women who lack whatever you dislike) is higher.
USA seems on paper to be the better option for searching for a woman than Canada. Going through the extra work for Canada doesn't seem worth it
