This last week I started to snapchat with a late night local radio dj. The first night I was sending him a shyt load of Coli smileys. He invited me out last night but I was too tired to take his invite.

Me either, I am very vocal at letting them know I know they're watching. Folks be asking how I like working in the office & I express that I hate the Feds are always watching.

Na nikkas is wild the evening shift is the woat job schedule. People would really work 3-11 or 4-12 vs overnight? The goat job schedule I ever had was 6-2pm followed by overnight shifts.

Overnight shift is great if you get weekends off and are used to the sleep schedule. I worked 11-7, and none of my jumpoffs got to spend the night

For the graveyard shift brehs go on amazon and get a gel cold sleep eye mask. I put that bytch in the freezer then when i get home around 7:30 i put it on close the windows turn on the a.c so i dont hear construction and im out cold
Oh and as far as fukk up eating habits i had to change up to intermittent fasting to lose the weight i gained trying to adjust to night shift eating. So my last meal is about 10 and i fast 16 hrs 11pm-3pm

i used to work 6pm - 6am. i never wouldve made it if it werent so easy for me to sneak naps throughout the shift
