Any tips on looking more jovial , demeanor and expression wise ?

... It seems like almost everyone I encounter tells me I look angry or prepared to fight . I really don't be doing this on purpose brehs ... guess its my default expression , but I think that's the primary reason why it was difficult for me to attain employment because of my expression .... because regardless of how articulate and coherent I was during interviews most of the interviewers we're looking at me on some shyt ....

I know niccas is going to be like "Just smile" but I can't fake it like most people for some reason , shyt just comes out wild crooked when I do

job interviews are a joke period. they are just a popularity contest. nobody actually cares about who can get the work done the best.

theres nhing to smile about around these fake squares that you encounter in job interviews pretending to be a boss.

That's something that you can't help. I too suffer from a chronic case of BRF. Do you know how many people tell me to smile or stop thinking so hard? LOL.

You have to do what I done. Make direct eye contact and smile without smirking.

Do you make direct eye contact with the people you talk to? Just trying being more lighthearted. You seem like you might be really serious alot.

Man I have the same problem everyone thinks I'm too serious, angry, or sad. I'm happy just introverted. At home I'm more outgoing but I clam up and get serious around people.

Something that helped me is listening to a lot of podcast. I learned how to make and continue conversations and try to time your jokes. You wanna be in a good mood but not come off as goofy at the same time. Caffeine helps boost your energy a little too. Alcohol is the ultimate lubricant but not always available.

Im pretty much the opposite. Im one of those happy go lucky type dudes. Its all gravy but sometimes I be findin myself havin to check mofos cuz im so nice n sometimes they think its one way, then I have to show em its another way.

Lowkey I wished I looked mo intimidating but im bout to get bald and swole sooo .
