Havent been,a friends trying get me to go..It looks like a 2 story small bar/lounge that plays hip hop,RnB..Im trying to find out if i should bother...

I went a few weeks ago, can't remember if it was a thursday or a friday but the $10 cover and lack of girls had me like

Montreals nightlife has been way overrated for YEARS...

Back in the Groove Society,Tokyo,Studio days it was fun,but now its gotten wack as fukk IMO...Sheeeit even platinum was fun back in the day

I been up there twice and good times...I noticed people ain't really out of shape over there. @ the love for poutine and maple out there...I went to some breakfast spot that looked like a big ass barn, everything was fukin dipped with maple.

lol @ the old olympic stadium being right across the street from the hood on side of it. i think stuff there in general was more expensive than Toronto. I went to one bar, it had an upstairs and downstrairs. Had some beer there, the goddamn beer glasses were about the size of a pitcher lol....good times out there.

I was also in @ pretty much all the apt buildings having a balcony for each apt. I stayed near some big college out there downtown...next time, I stayed at a friend's house in the outskirts.

Montreal black party scene is done and never coming back. Police pressure and problems and nikkas being broke has moved it right out of the main clubs for the most part and back into rented halls.

The general party scene is way better than Toronto. Toronto party scene it seems like for the most part is groups of brown guys fighting each other cause they all came out with their sisters and someone hit on them.

That Burger King on Ste Catherine was a damn nightclub itself at about 3am...

Do you remember the name of the club that was on the NW corner of Maisonneuve and Crescent?..it was a hip hop/RnB club on the second floor about 10-12 yrs ago ?

I hope you dont mean general as in some of those bars downtown

Good Montreal clubs are on that heavy.

Never EVER go on Crescent Street these days its all about Saint Laurent Boulevard and Old Montreal for nightlife.

Nah it wasnt platinum..that place was south of Ste Catherine...and i havent been too MTL in a few yearas but yea Saint Laurent was like King St is in T.O right now...Tokyo used to be THEE spot...

Tokyo Sundays is still running after 12 years and still packed on a very regular basis.
