Do you have an addiction or just don't want to see it in general? lol If in general or I guess even addiction, you can simply use an extension like "spoiler protection 2.0" and add the keywords "Just Buggin Out" and any other typically associated keywords/thread titles and those threads will have a banner blocking the content.
