Anybody able to recommend me a good video camcorder?

Alright guys, just wondering if anyone can give me some good recommendations for a video cam corder? Looking for something that records high quality full hd (maybe even 4k if thats in my budget lol). My budget is £700 (around $1000). Ideally it'd be pretty small and compact as it will be used for a youtube channel i'm going to be working for, filming my workouts in the gym and video logging on the go/at home etc. any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Also i'm in the market for a high quality camera too - i have no idea what spec i should be looking for but something that takes professional-worthy, high res pictures - how much are these likely to cost? Is it possible to get an all-in-1 camcorder and camera?

can shoot standard and hd.. has almost every output except sdi.. time stamp output and record included

this one below has the sdi output with it but costs 800 more.. the updated version of the 130 is the 160
