Anybody always run thru all they vacation and sick time before Mid-Year??

I miss damn near 4 days a month

Other ppl at my job never miss a day

How do these folk Take one week vacation every 6 months and never miss a day through out the year

I work 2 days straight and be ready to call in the next day

I used to run through PTO and vacation time like pancakes at IHOP. Now I just call in when I don't feel like being there lol. But I work at a part time job now that's real chill so I don't mind going in.

Haven't taken a sick day in how long, I can't remember, but then again I haven't been sick in even longer. Well, sick enough to stay home. The minute I feel scratchy, I blast that shyt with Buckley's or that Forest Whittaker strength NyQuil before it can manifest into anything worse.

'cause when I say I'm gone for two weeks to a month I don't want to hear, N. E. FLAK, about it from anyone.

Maybe I haven't read the employee manual hard enough but there is no difference between personal and sick as far as i'm concerned. 6 total a year but Im up to 4 weeks vacay. Think I even qualify for 5 next year. We hold on to sick days life they're currency. Company cuts that check at the end of the year for unused sick/personal days. Havent got the full 6 in a minute. I'm determined this year.

@ half way through the year and you done.

I'll add a day or two onto holiday weekends during the summer (memorial day/4th/labor day)... take 4-5 for one vacation a year then save the rest for Sept-Dec long weekends.

Add on a few for random sick days/mental health days...
