I sleep around 11:30pm and wake up around 5am.
First I do is brush my teeth and then drink a hella lot of water
Then I do stretches, simple and quick ones.
then I do spider crawls, this takes about 3 minutes or less.
then I make my oatmeal and put a lil whey on it and some PB20 powdered peanut butter.
then....more water!
drop the kids at daycare
then what's next? depends on my schedule but I always hope to go to the gym, that's the thing I just want to get over with.
at the gym is where I drink the most water, I bought a huge stainless steel(i stay away from plastic) water bottle, it's massive, carry with me all over the gym.
Actually also depends if I drank alcohol the night before, if I drank the night before I may go to the gym later in the day.
in the middle of it all I try to do as much work as possible,but having a phone where I can reply to email really was a game changer for me.
