Yeah I switched away from Amazon and bought a Costco card (I’m serious BTW).
How does this make sense? 90% of the products in Costco are made in China. Produced in factories and shipped from countries, cities, companies and company owners that dont believe in DEI as well

Shop at costco and boycott amazon guys :troll:

i know a few black people high up in Amazon.. I'm torn
DEI barely impacts blk people. And these companies know this.

By equating DEI with blk people you are buying into a false narrative. These policies are for mediocre WP. There isn't any reason we should be blank boycotting companies for removal of DEI.

Amazon is extremely diverse and they aren't firing any blk people over this. I know many blk people in higher up positions in Amazon from people who work in the cloud to site leads.

EVERY SINGLE ONE of them worked their ass off to be there. They were not DEI hires and their jobs are not in jeopardy.

If you want to boycott Amazon for other reasons go right ahead. But the DEI is not the hill to die on.

i think it's just coded language. the optics look bad and i wish these companies would stand up and defend their employees. Affirmative action really wasn't helping us like either but it's associated with us.

So we should be standing up for policies that actually benefit WP because they pretend they benefits us?

No, what we need to do is actually be informed instead of blindly following head lines.

By buying into the "optics" argument, you are reaffirming racist talking points.

Do I think DEI (done properly) should be apart of the work environment? YES!

But this is NOT our lesson to learn. The people who should be fighting for them are the people who benefit from them.

We are not the mules of this fukking country, to be the ones fighting for rights that we never even receive or benefit from.

Like I said in a previous post. I am only boycotting Target because they are the only company targeting blk retailers (that I know of).

We need to STOP acting like we are DEI. We are not and the country is learning that real fast. LET THEM LEARN.

Get rid of their overpriced bullshyt too.

Aldi
Ingle's

The rest of that shyt a lie.
If you want bullshyt knick knacks at the cheapest price.

Aliexpress

Only thing cheap on Amazon is weights.

past that fukk amazon on pretty much everything. As you can get it way cheaper. If you search.

Amazon is like the overpriced online retailer. Most of rhe cheap knick knack bullshyt on Amazon. Is from ali express.

Amazon is like the expensive online storefront. For people who want to shop at the expensive grocier.

The best solution is to figure out. What genre or industry you buy the most stuff from. Then finding where the drop shipper is getting it from.

Remember domestically it is 300% markup on every item. Sohh trying to find where they got it from to mark it up 300 percent. Generally it is from aliexpress. Or Alibaba wholesale.

We are in a never recovered from nunerous recession era. Whrre everyone fakes as though they are balling in general. Companies have preyed on this.
Just do your due diligence to find where the 300 percent markup is coming from. Then find where they got it from.
