Women respond to confidence and charisma, especially in a bar setting. What you're misjudging as "alcohol gives me game" is really you just exuding confidence to the bytch. That's what she's responding to.

Like the dude said once you become sober and "relearn yourself" things like confidence come natural. I don't go to bars anymore but I guarantee you if I did not nan one of you drunk/ high ass nikkaz would have a better shot with hoes in there than me sober. Because hoes also notice how comfortable you are WITH YOURSELF. Not cocky but comfortable..

My "game" now compared to when I was smoking weed all day err day or drinking a six pack/ half pint every day are light years apart.. It got so bad I had to literally stop hitting on women bcuz I was getting too many on the squad to keep up with. Real talk.


Same thing goes for sex. Its the alcohol talking. Yea you think you're blowing her back out because you drunk, high or "buzzed" when the reality is youre not fukking the bytch at your full potential physically and health wise. sober=better sex... see heres the thing with me, i dont touch the shyt all week. and i dont have any urge to drink, i could stop the shyt tomorrow and have zero physical need for it

I am a full blown alcoholic. Used to get the shakes and all that crazy shyt. I'm done with it.

Been in substance abuse counseling for a few months now. I'm at peace not drinking again.

Good for you bro. I made it 90 days earlier this year, and broke it cuz I was having a lot of anxiety on a plane and didn’t have meds on me to chill me out so I had to drink. I drank for 5 days straight after that. Felt horrible. I honestly don’t ever want to drink again. shyt is pure evil...why do you think they call them spirits...getting drunk is a form of possession.

I had a trip planned for June that I had to fly, but literally cancelled it yesterday because I don’t want to be tempted. I can do anything now without booze, but confined spaces with funky people at 30,000 feet isn’t one of them. So I’ll just eliminate it. No sweat off my back.

Yeah, definitely need this thread. Weirdly enough, I never really drank in high school but college is where it started and it grew from there. I’ve cut back a lot since last year (used to drink a 6-pack a day plus 2 tall boys - damn it’s bad to even see) but even when I still drink on occasion, I’ll hit that magic number of 3 beers and I can’t stop and need more. I’ll spare the details of the extent of my problem but it’s nice to see others going through similar things. Hopefully we can cut back or quit together. Support is the one thing I don’t have and AA isn’t really for me thus me being here brehs.

If you do quit you have to change your People Places And Things. That's the start. And then find out the unlining reason why you drink so often.

For me it was to get out things that I wanted to say and do when sober. And yo escape reality.

I need to live life on lifes terms and deal with issues sober.

I mean I drink a lot because I get a lot of free drinks. It used to be depression but I do a lot of shows in bars and I get hooked up. Then, I'll drink socially, which leads to a nightcap. It's a straight up cycle for me at this point. Only time I'm not caught up is when I'm out of town. Lol but then I'll keep a flask to avoid the shakes sometimes. I need to move to Montana or some shyt after living in Vegas.

No. I have an untouched bottle of Appleton and a half a bottle of Barcardi, at the crib. Haven't touched it in about a month, and It should last me over a year.

I'm, surprised that I'm not. Every male on both sides of my family has been a major alcoholic. My dad was the only one who wasn't and was able to stop drinking.

Now Food? I'm addicted to that shyt, so I can feel your pain.

I do drink like 3-4 days a week and prefer wine and mixed drinks with a shot every now and then. Prefer drinking at home because I don't want to get a DUI or get in any trouble. It's just some friends and associates always want to go out and drink....I live in VA and cops always lurking around. I prefer not to deal with any of that.

I used to like beer but that makes me feel hella bloated.

Not an alchy but I do like to drink moderately just for a buzz....not to get fuked up.

I just went to an inpatient rehab center for 32 days, and I’m now doing outpatient (it’s a 90 day program). I was a terrible alcoholic. This rehab has been a blessing
