I actually want to learn to dance, I know you can learn on your own, but I want to hit a couple studios.

I was too much of a shy introvert to go clubbing and think about all missed out on

I couldn't dance until I was over 30

Now I'm at the point where I can do my dance with gusto and vigor. Danced a few out they drawls during my last stint in the clubs.

I let go of the idea of a dance move.

First let your neck find the rhythm. Bob your head to the groove.

The head bob might even be side to side or rotating your neck or something different than the standard nod.

Let the beat tell itself to you. Every move you make hang it on a sound in the beat like Christmas tree ornaments.

Your shoulders follow the high hats. Let your feet trace out the snare.

Let the.music move you. Focus on staying on beat over everything else, but let it come out however it comes out.

Once you get comfortable just moving to the sound, you might start getting funky with it.

Dance moves - the wop - the stanky leg -the superman that hoe - are a hindrance cause all beats are different and this move might not go with this beat.

If you asked me to dance on the spot, I would dance like a white girl. I dont like drawing attention to myself.

- only problem with the 2 step is when that reggae comes on and everybody is and you gotta play the wall
