I was so used to being underweight (165 at 6 feet) that i thought i could eat and drink like a madman. Ain't worked out forreal since last summer. I used to do sit ups or a lil sumn here or there but i let that go too. Got on the scale today 201. :mjcry:

I don't even wanna lose it if i can get back in the game and use it. However, im pulling pants out the dryer now, crying, cuz they don't fit no more. Should i try to lose weight or cop sweatpants and be a fat nikka?

lol i ain't talking about going crazy. i'm just talking about doing something to counter my party lifestyle. and that's kind of fukked up to say it's for chicks. everyone should want to be healthy.

OP dont listen to this. This dude is obviously extremely overweight and wants others to join him. Im kind of in the same boat myself. Im an avid jogger/gym rat but ive been driving trucks long distance the past year and have gained a little weight. Ive always worked out so ive never really had to watch what i eat. Since i cant do cardio now cuz of driving my bad eating habits have caught up to me. 2 months ago i started a diet. I cut off sodas and threw all my junk food away. Im eating waay more healthy and its paying off. I can see the results already. It all boils down to motivation and how bad you want to be healthy and like what you see in the mirror. If you dont mind being a fatass then stick with your current mindset. If you wanna get back right then you're gonna have to show some discipline and switch up your lifestyle.

Word. Shiiiiieet, I've got auditions and shyt so I have to stay somewhat in shape. I really should cut out the soda completely and slow up on the beer. It's hard as hell in Vegas but I know I can do it. Tbh, I am happy that I'm a little bit bigger because I could never build any muscle before. I don't want to be huge but it'd be nice to be a little buff. :ehh:

fukk outta here. Do whatever you can to get into shape and then stay that way. The better you are physically the better your whole life will be, trust me. I was fat (or really just very chubby) not that long ago and now I'm in very good shape headed towards best shape of my life and even though I'm essentially doing the same shyt day to day my life is at least 150% better.
