Anybody else don't know how to swim?

i cant understand how teenage and above people cant swim. how can you not swim? i hear someone say that, and i just look at them with the face. all you do is kick your legs and paddle your arms and you stay afloat. if you are going under, wouldnt you instinctively flail your arms and figure out that it keeps you above water?

If you were never taught, then you kinda just avoid it, next thing you know your 28 and still havnt learned I always thought the risk reward was too high to be trying to learn on my own.

i took swimming lessons when i was 7 or 8. instructor tried to hold my head under the water to clown me or whatever and i kicked him in the groin. that was the end of swimming for me, brehs.

But otters, seals, walruses, whales, dolphins, narwhals, beavers, dogs, bears, manatees and I can go on and on can swim and they don't have gills. Step your game up.

Yea shyt will always puzzle me. All you have to do to learn to swim is watch other people swim honestly.

Took swimming lessons as a kid and still don't know how.

I might be able to manage to barely survive until I get to the edge of the pool, but that's the extent of it.

Im 27 & Haitian and I cant swim for nothin....Sad part is I was always around water growing up but never learned.

I was a beast on that slip n slide tho
