Bout to be 30 next year and it's like damn I'm nowhere near buying a house, ain't traveled nowhere, starting a family is nowhere in my realm. If I could start over, I'd already be balling by now Folks talm bout some $1,000,000 for retirement, a lot of people bout to get hit with somethin serious

About to talk to my college advisor and start on my Bachelors Fall 2020, should take me 2 years to get. Then stack bread like crazy. Not sure how much it's gone cost, I've even debated hitting the Air Force to get those classes paid for.

I don't be on social media though. I just feel like I should have a $70,000 salary and $30,000 savings while traveling. Ain't doin none of that 2020-2030 gone be hustle years

Got my Associates in Construction Management. The money is definitely there, but you need a bachelor's to bring 6 figures.

Getting my Commercial rotary pilot's license is also in the plans.

Technically I could get paid more, but the big bucks is the Bachelors. Nothing wrong with going back to school, there was 40 year olds in my classes back in CC.

I've been contemplating the Air Force + taking online classes. Would have 4 years of stacked bread and a paid for Bachelors.

In my opinion, "balling" and "smooth sailing" are terms that should be reserved for trust fund kids, though.
If you have to go out and make your way in the world, you can put yourself in more secure and comfortable position by your hard work.
....but one calamity , and that smooth sailing fantasy gets exposed real fast.
